Follow the checklist included in the packet to ensure all registration requirements have been met.  Packets dropped off and not fully complete are subject to $25 processing fee.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY JUNE 20TH. Registrations received after this date are subject to a $25 late fee.
