Registration Fall 2008 and Winter 2009

Download the registration packet below and bring completed forms to registration. First time players with Ela Soccer Club must provide a birth certificate at registration.

Note: Pre-printed forms will not be available this season.

If you are unable to make the registration dates COMPLETE registration packets may be dropped off or mailed to the Ela Office. Mail in/drop off registration starts June 1st. The building is open from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please drop off upstairs at the Ela office (in the mail slot) and NOT at the Kits front desk.

A late fee of $25 will apply to registrations received after June 30th.
