Competitive Program
Fees are not refundable and not transferable.  Fees for participation in the club cover the entire soccer year. A player who accepts an invitation to play with the Club commits to pay the entire fee for the full soccer year. No refunds, partial or full, will be made to players who choose not to participate at any point after registration for any reason, including players suspended from the program.

Recreation Fall  Program
No refunds after July 17th, except for medical or relocation reasons. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Full refunds (less $10 cancellation fee) issued through June 30th. July 1st – July 17th refunds are 50% of fee.

Recreation Spring Program
 No refunds after February 17th, except for medical or relocation reasons. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Full refunds (less $10 cancellation fee) issued through January 30th. February 1st – February 17th refunds are 50% of fee

Camps and all other ESC programs
Fees are non refundable. Your registration is a commitment to particpate.

Late Payment fees: $30 per month per player.

NSF or Dipsute Fees: $50 per occurence

Registration exception cancellation fee:
     -  Competitive: $50
     -  Recreation and all other ESC Programs: $10
