Little Kickers (Pre-K) Registration Fee....................................$105.00

Late Registration Fee (after June 30th)......................................$25.00

Uniform U6-U18 (2 jerseys, 1 pair shorts, 1 pair socks) …..….…...$60.00

Check, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted forms of payment. If you choose the “check mail in” option offered online, your registration will not be considered complete until payment is received and may be subject to an additional late payment fee.  

REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.  Full refunds (less $10 cancellation fee) issued through June 30th. July 1st – July 12th refunds are 50% of fee.  No refunds after July 12th, except for medical or relocation reasons.  

UNIFORMS

U6-U18 – Uniforms are new for the 2009/2010 season. If your child did not participate in Fall 2009 season, a new full uniform set consisting of a blue jersey, red jersey, a pair of shorts, and socks must be purchased.
