Illinois Youth Soccer selects Ela Soccer's U15 Girls Elite, U16 Girls Elite and U17 Girls Elite to compete in Illinois's top Fall Premiership Division. “The selection of our Elite teams by Illinois Youth Soccer for the Premiership is an honor and reaffirms that we have among the best teams in Illinois.” said Doug Anderson, Ela Soccer President.   The Illinois Youth Soccer State Premiership Division (SPD) consists of the top eight teams in Illinois in each respective age division.
