2020-2021 Program Structure

Notification, Acceptance  & Registration

Players will be notified of placement via e-mail . Acceptance and registration will be required within 24 hours.   

Description of Teams:

Ela Academy:  Players born 2013 and 2014

U8—U12:

  • Ela Red:   1st team in age group
  • Ela Blue:   2nd team in age group
  • Ela White:  3rd team in age group

U13-U19:

  •  Ela Elite 1:  1st team in age group
  •  Ela Elite 2:  2nd team in age group

Uniforms

The 2020-2021 uniform kit is the same as 2019-2020 season. The full kit is mandatory for all players. Players are allowed to wear only the prescribed uniform components for game and practice.   Uniforms are an additional cost.

Fees

Fees are due in full at registration.  Cash, Check, Discover, Visa or MasterCard are accepted forms of payment. Parents may apply for an installment plan to assist in the payment of the registration fees. The installment plan allows for an initial payment at registration and 5 equal monthly payments. An Installment agreement must be completed at time of registration and accepted by the club. Uniforms are an additional cost. Fees for participation in the club are outlined in this handout. Fees cover the entire soccer year.  A player who accepts an invitation to play with the club commits to pay the entire fee for the full soccer year.

There will be no additional fee for Fall or Spring practices moved indoors to the Soccerplex  & Sports Center Lake Zurich by the DOC.  Ela Soccer Club does not cancel practices - practices are moved indoors or rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Fees for participation in the club cover the entire soccer year. A player who accepts an invitation to play with the club commits to pay the entire fee for the full soccer year. No refunds, partial or full, will be made to players who choose not to participate for any reason at any point after the commitment is made.  No refunds, partial or full will be made in the event a player is suspended or removed from the program.
