3v3 or 4v4. Structured according to age and ability .
Fast paced mini tourney to develop quick feet and quick decision making . 1-2 touch play with unlimited touches on the ball to develop good field awareness.

Get tons of touches on the ball! This camp will focus on core soccer skills and getting comfortable on the ball .
Soccer Tennis is a great way to develop good ball control using different parts of the body. Come have some fun while developing good sense of ball control!

For Competitive (Travel) Players U8-U14.
Small sided games to improve touches, decision making and speed of play. Players will start the session with warm up drills and play 40 minute game. (2x 20 minute halves)

This fast pace game of futsal will quickly translate into your outdoor soccer situations, specifically speed of decision making and speed of play!
90 minute session! The first half of each session will be spent on technical foot skills, passing skills, movement on and off the ball, and tactics and the second half of each session will be playing the game.
Timeslot start time will be between 8am and 11am and will be determined when registration closes.

The goal of this High Intensity Interval Training is to increase lean muscle mass, cardiovascular and muscular endurance as well as improve balance and stability; with the overall purpose of preparing the body to handle the increase in intensity.
